Return & Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products.
All items are custom-made to order, which means they are created specifically for you based on your selected designs, colours, and personalisation. Because of this, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect choices, or sizing issues.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will assess and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
